Yes, I have experienced distance learning, just like we all had to during the initial beginning of COVID-19. The only thing I liked about distance learning was the fact that I could do my work no matter where I am. The negative thing about distance learning is the fact that it was distant. Distance learning was hard and bad for me because I do my best when I am in a classroom and have structure, while I was home their was a lot of room for me to do other things, and my attention span is very short. It was extremely hard to focus on my work and I had little to no motivation to do so. So, my grades took a turn for the worse unfortunately. As a future educator, I would send encouraging messages, and let the children know that I am available for any questions or concerns. OER is just basically as the text describes it, pieces of work that have been book marked by someone else that lets you use their work the best way you see fit.
